Unsere Angusrinder wachsen im Donaumoos in Gundelfingen an der Donau auf. Die Tiere dürfen ihr ganzes Leben auf unseren Weiden verbringen. Sie werden dort geboren und wachsen dort auf. Den Großteil des Jahres können Sie von Gras und Kräutern knabbern, nur im Winter füttern wir mit Heu, Silage, Stroh und Ausschussgemüse von unseren Nachbarbetrieben zu. Geschlachtet werden unsere Tiere mit ca. 20 Monaten. Nach der Schlachtung kommt das Tier zu uns und wird von unserem Metzger Martin in präzisier Handarbeit zerlegt und entsprechend des Zielproduktes für die optimale Qualität gereift oder weiterverarbeitet.
